Katherine is the founding principal of Global
Coaching Alliance, LLC (GCA). During her 20+ years of corporate marketing
experience with such firms as Sony Music International, Katherine
successfully developed and executed multi-media marketing presentations
and performance coaching to a full range of corporate and financial
clients. Translating her business experience into her consulting practice,
Katherine has successfully coached executives in the communications,
financial services, entertainment/media, health care and technology
industries. Clients include Johnson & Johnson, Cap Gemini Ernst
& Young, QVC Inc., Nokia, University of Pennsylvania Health System,
North Hawaii Community Hospital, American Management Association (AMA),
the Center for Leadership Studies, Inc., and Tribeca Entertainment,
NYC.
Katherine is a trained instructor in mindfulness meditation and has
been practicing and teaching mindfulness for over 15 years. She received
her professional certification in personal and organizational coaching
from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. She is a certified
practitioner of the BarOn EQ-I, the first scientifically developed
assessment tool created to measure emotional intelligence and competencies
in individuals and organizations. Katherine is a member of the AMA’s
Situational Leadership® executive coaching team. Professional
affiliations include the National Association of Business Coaches
(NABC), the International Association of Certified Coaches (IACC),
and the Philadelphia Regional Organizational Development Network (PRODN).
