Mindful Leader

LoJong or mind-training is organized as a practice of shorthand instructions for  enlivening confidence, wisdom and skill quickly and on the spot in everyday life.  Traditionally, such training requires the practitioner to read, contemplate and comment on slogans provoking the condensed teaching to psychologically unfold throughout the day, spontaneously providing guidance. By keeping alert to the slogans in this way, practitioners permit daily events to evoke the slogan’s natural wisdom, revealing ordinary experiences as extraordinary opportunities to fearlessly wake up and mindfully lead.
